EWSN Registration Fee
Regular registration fee (deadline February 10, 2016) 370 Euro
Early registration fee (until January 10, 2016) 290 Euro
Besides the complete scientific program (workshops, competition, main track, posters&demos) and an electronic copy of the proceedings, the fee includes a welcome reception, the conference dinner, lunch for three days, and coffee breaks.

Visa Invitation Letters
If you need a visa invitation letter to attend the conference, then please register and pay as soon as possible (applications for visa take time) and after the payment contact Mrs. Nora Zakany asking for the letter. We cannot issue visa letters before we have received your registration and payment. To prevent abuse of visa letters to enter Austria for purposes other than attending the conference, we will inform the authorities in Austria and in the residence country of the applicant in case misconduct is detected.
